Harris Townhome Renovation

West Linn, OR

We had the pleasure of completing this whole-home remodel in West Linn, thoughtfully transforming each space with a cohesive blend of warmth, function, and refined design.

The renovation included two full bathrooms, a powder room, an eat-in kitchen, updated lighting, fresh paint throughout, upgraded four-inch baseboards, a refreshed fireplace with a custom oak mantel, a redesigned staircase railing, and the replacement of every outlet and switch.

In the kitchen, a generous new island created substantially more countertop space while improving both functionality and flow. The bathrooms feature grain-matched cabinetry paired with elegant champagne-gold finishes, bringing warmth and sophistication to the design. New lighting and a fresh color palette brighten the home, while carefully selected details create a consistent feel from room to room.

We are incredibly proud of the finished home and the thoughtful craftsmanship reflected in every space.

Wind Bathroom Remodel

Portland, OR

The owner of this residence gave us a challenge to modify the layout of this small bathroom and find a way to increase storage space. Not only did we provide them with a beautiful walk in shower, but we also added shelving into the design.

Carefully selected materials allowed for a fully functioning bathroom with no limitations. The added shower niche provides ample storage and the vanity also has a drawer, which offers great usability.

During demo we discovered poor materials were used when originally constructed. We replaced most of the subfloor to give a solid foundation for the new tile floor. In order to give a fluid transition into the bathroom, we raised the flooring for a completely flush transition from the hall flooring into the bathroom.

We thrive on the opportunities to discover solutions for owners needs and this one was a fun project that gave us the chance to flex our skills.

Tompkins Hood Vent Addition

Lake Oswego, OR

Our client had a situation that many people have, a lack of overhead ventilation at their range or cooktop. When you don't want the scents of dinner lingering throughout the entire house, a range hood is the best option and that is what this client needed.

We were able to add an island style range hood above the clients range (which later also got an upgrade) and vent it outside the house. Although we had to penetrate the exterior envelope of the structure we sealed all the gaps and added all the necessary flashing to prevent any water from getting behind our work. Sherwin Williams was able to match the exterior color perfectly so the exhaust vent looked like it has been there since the beginning.

While we had opened up the ceiling we also update the lighting to LED which brightened up the kitchen significantly.

Hyland Laundry Room

Newberg, OR

This client had a need for extra storage for their food canning and they needed all the space they could get. We worked with our cabinet maker to build super stout plywood boxes that stretched to 18" deep. We also came up with a solution to clear some countertop space by incorporating an appliance shelf.

The beautiful Sage green finish from Sherwin Williams compliments the rest of the house. Brushed bronze knobs gave the cabinets a elevated look.

Providing the extra depth full height cabinets presented an additional challenge with the exiting light and ventilation. Changing the dome light to a can-less LED light gave us the clearance and brightened up the room.

The outcome accomplished their goals of additional storage with a stunning finish.

We're hard at work on more projects! Additional projects will be added soon!
